Nutty Banana Smoothie
Makes 2 small serves
2 tablespoons good quality protein powder
1 cup milk
1 banana
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
Pinch of salt
5 ice cubes

Dissolve protein powder in 1⁄4 cup of the milk by mixing the powder into liquid to dissolve it, not the other way round. Place remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until well combined. Slowly add the dissolved protein powder and blend on low speed to combine.
